Common questions.

How do I book?
Every reservation is handled directly via WhatsApp at +961 81 007 858. Just send us a message with what you need and when, and we'll confirm within minutes during opening hours.
Are you really open 24/7?
Yes. Monthly members have round-the-clock access via a secure entry system. Daily and weekly passes are valid during staffed hours, and visitors / tours run Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and Saturdays 10am to 6pm.
What's included in every plan?
Reliable 24/7 electricity, high-speed secure internet, a shared kitchen, prayer room, lounge and library access, admin support, and entry to our community events. The differences between plans are time, dedicated space, and meeting / pod hours.
Can I bring a guest?
Of course. The Social Space is open to anyone with a $2 internet voucher or a coffee purchase. For private offices and meeting rooms, your booking covers your guests for the duration of the session.
Do you offer corporate or NGO rates?
Yes. We work with companies, NGOs, and academic institutions on long-term partnerships, including bulk meeting hours, recurring training venue bookings, sponsored memberships for fellows, and more. Reach out via WhatsApp to discuss.
What if I need to cancel?
Daily and weekly passes are flexible. Just let us know via WhatsApp at least a few hours ahead and we'll move your booking. Monthly memberships and private offices are billed per month with no auto-renewal lock-in.
